The Ohio Extemp Initiative is a student-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on providing equitable public speaking instruction, primarily through a free annual summer camp. OEI lets young middle and high school Extemporaneous Speaking competitors reach the next level of competition and become the best speakers they can be by providing an in-depth understanding of Extemp as a whole. By covering complex topics, substructure, and delivery techniques, we strive to make Extempers the best they can be.
