Odhav Industries Association (OIA)

Since its establishment in 1967-68, the Odhav Industrial Association (OIA) in Ahmedabad has grown to become one of Gujarat’s most prominent industrial hubs. Spanning a diverse area that includes industrial and commercial units, green zones, and residential plots, it operates under the jurisdiction of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC). Committed to the well-being and growth of its members, OIA regularly conducts health seminars, blood donation drives, annual gatherings, technical workshops, and business development programs. With 414 active members, OIA plays a vital role in providing essential services such as road maintenance, water supply, waste management, street lighting, and sewage systems. Our infrastructure includes 2 overhead tanks, 2 water sumps, 4 bore-wells, and a 14 km water pipeline network, ensuring efficient water management. The estate is connected by 14 km of well-maintained asphalt and RCC roads, while 270 streetlight poles equipped with sodium and LED lights keep the area illuminated. We also manage a door-to-door waste collection system in collaboration with AMC to ensure cleanliness throughout the estate. OIA’s commitment to community welfare extends to its Primary Health Center, which provides basic healthcare services to approximately 5,000 individuals annually, supporting the health and well-being of residents and workers alike.
