Our current 5-year campaign focuses on reforestation (regenerative agroforestry) and ethnobotanical extracts (tinctures from 350+ native plant medicines of the area). We're partnered with International Analog Forestry Network to implement successional food forestry (mimicking natural forests to provide food, timber, medicines), that regenerate soils, replenish water supplies, and nourish the environment. Families can provide for their own basic needs (food and medicines) through regenerative forestry. We're fundraising for an ethnobotanical laboratory (Research Center for Education & Transformation of Plant Medicine), to study and produce medicinal extracts, with the capacity to host and collaborate with modern medicine and visiting scholars.
