We're a queer-owned, neurodivergent led brand collective that seeks to support collective human flourishing across many modes of connection including the arts, nourishment, leadership, adventure, and commerce. Our main products are the Courageous Cooking School at La Pitchoune (the former vacation property of Julia Child). The world's first recipe-free cooking school in the world, with a science backed pedagogy. and RecipeKick.tv: A livestreamed, live-produced cooking platform to help home cooks kick recipes to the curb or find a sidekick to recipes to support them in becoming competent, and courageous cooks. We produce documentaries and television series; create in-person experiences; and more.
