Nestled in the Über-luxe, 5-Star, Monarch Dubai Hotel at the iconic address of One Sheikh Zayed Road, Okku attracts the world’s jet setters.
Okku serves up unique Japanese delicacies yet to be discovered in the GCC, created by their celebrity super chefs who have cooked for the likes of Madonna, George Clooney, Bill Clinton, Vogue’s Anna Wintour, Hillary Swank and Denzel Washington and bring over 134 years of experience to the Sushi Bar and kitchen.
Okku seats over 200 people in three distinctive and sleek areas that cater to different experiences. There is the ultra chic bar where guests can enjoy cocktails and champagne until 3am while watching the Dubai glitterati pass by, the mezzanine lounge which includes VIP tables with private dining and party rooms capable of seating up to 48 people with many more for a standing function on the mezzanine level overlooking the whole venue—the epitome of exclusivity and finally in the centre, the main restaurant with a sushi bar that can seat up to 16 persons.
