Keys to Success: Developing and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies that can attract and retain diverse and committed members and volunteers and can create a sense of belonging and ownership among community members. Providing meaningful and engaging volunteer opportunities that align with the skills, interests, and availability of community members, and that can recognize and celebrate their contributions and impact. Offering training, support, and recognition programs that can develop and retain high-quality volunteers and leaders, and that can foster a culture of learning, growth, and excellence.
