Founded in 2007, Mood Foods Ltd produces Ombar chocolate - delicious organic, vegan chocolate made with Ecuadorian cacao.
At Ombar, we keep our cacao raw, the way nature originally intended. Why? Because cacao is amazing! This key ingredient in ALL chocolate is chock-full of plant-based nutrients in its natural state.
The problem is that in most chocolate the cacao is exposed to high temps which reduces its goodness. That's why we keep our cacao raw and make our chocolate from scratch using a low temp process, thereby preserving more of the good stuff.
And by adding only all-natural, organic ingredients including unrefined coconut sugar, real fruits and even gut-friendly live cultures, Ombar is chocolate you can feel good about.
