Founded by former flatmates and friends, Ella & Sophie, who couldn't reconcile the gap between the incredible breakfasts they would make at home (when they had the time), and the uninspiring, unhealthy offerings dominating supermarket shelves. The incumbents seemed stuck in a tasteless cycle with little innovation and a disregard for sustainability.
