After a 15 plus year career in the helping profession, I am pleased to introduce you to the Omega Therapy Practice. Omega Therapy Practice is a full service counseling service offering several approaches to meeting the needs of a diverse and inclusive clientele including first generation immigrants, professionals of color, the LBGTQ+ community and fellow residents of Massachusetts. As a licensed mental health counselor who is bicultural and bilingual, fluent in Haitian-Creole and semi-fluent in French, I am uniquely qualified to help adolescents, adults and families from various ethic and cultural backgrounds.
Licensed mental health counselors are well qualified, highly regarded in the field, empathetic, compassionate, eager professionals who identify obstacles and develop coping strategies for those in need of our help. Omega Therapy Practice goes further to achieve the goals of clients. I focus on strength-based, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT), cognitive therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. My approach incorporates effective therapy techniques in the positive use of coping strategies. I have the capacity for partnerships, where my previous experience has provided the opportunity to work and collaborate with schools and communities agencies throughout MA. Additionally, I use a holistic approach inclusive of mindfulness techniques to provide a framework in which an individual can work through their problems while balancing everyday life.
I believe that the power of change comes from within, one can only overcome life challenges in a supportive therapeutic environment . The therapeutic environment is a safe space to allow people the opportunity to foster growth and affect change in their daily pursuits. I am mindful of the privacy of my clients.
