One All

One All Mission: Through the medium of mixed-gender sport, we offer life skill education to teenagers at risk: to help them shape their identity, build empathy and resilience, and influence them to become role-models for their generation and the next. About One All: One All Trust was founded in 2016 to improve the lives of youth in underserved communities in Chennai and Gudalur, Tamil Nadu. The organization uses the sport of ultimate frisbee as a tool to run at-school and after-school values education programs for boys and girls 13-17 years old. To date, One All has worked with over 4300 children at government schools and under-served communities in India. Our three year life skills education program integrates sport and values education, and is complementary to conventional education systems in India. We create a fun, safe, friendly learning environment to teach and facilitate discussions on gender, personality, society, stereotyping and sexuality. We envision that the adolescents we work with will be the first generation to challenge gender norms and pursue greater opportunities, rights and freedoms than they had believed possible for themselves. We also run Fellowship Programs to train youth to become facilitators of our sports for development curriculum in their own communities.
