But the cleaning industry is broken: too many cleaners are underpaid and exploited, and as a result, have low motivation. 2. Customers are busy. 60% of U.S. adults say they at least sometimes feel too busy to enjoy life. 74% of parents say they at least sometimes feel too busy to enjoy life and parents of young children are nearly twice as likely to say they felt this way most or all of the time.
