One Tower Capital, LLC was established in 2015 in New York City with the objective to provide a broad array of real estate financing solutions to sophisticated investors and organizations. We originate, underwrite and fund commercial real estate loans from $1 million to $100 million nationwide and internationally. Our offer includes bridge and permanent financing for numerous business purposes, such as acquisition financing, refinancing, cash-outs, rehabs, conversions and ground-up construction. Our programs cover both commercial and non-owner occupied residential properties, with a particular focus on hotels, retail, office space and multi-family.
