Open Evidence is a research and consulting firm delivering theory-based and empirically robust practical insights for informed decision-making in a wide variety of areas. Open Evidence works in the domain of applied research and consulting, based on analytical approaches that include Social and Behavioural Sciences and Data Science. Open Evidence provides high quality evidence and practical support to the public sector at EU, national and regional level. Our track record includes a long-term history of projects conducted for a several institutions, including the European Commission, the European Parliament and different European agencies and national governments. In addition, Open Evidence is working for multiple private clients from different sectors. Born as a spin-off of Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), Open Evidence is now a fully independent organization owned by its partners. Our team is formed by professors, researchers and data scientists with more than 20 years of experience in applied research and consultancy, working from our two offices in Barcelona (Spain) and Milan (Italy).
