Opengate, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) through person-centered care and innovative support services. Since 1969, we’ve provided compassionate, individualized programs that promote independence, self-advocacy, and a high quality of life for the people we serve and their families.
Our services include 24/7 residential support, in addition to personalized day habilitation, community habilitation, and creative supported employment opportunities. With highly trained direct support professionals (DSPs), interdisciplinary specialists, and leadership committed to excellence, we create warm, home-like environments where dignity, respect, and holistic well-being are at the heart of everything we do.
Serving the Hudson Valley and lower Westchester County, NY, we are deeply engaged in community integration and inclusion, ensuring people with disabilities have meaningful opportunities to participate and thrive.
