How We Work
Every Optimistic Labs engagement is custom-built and collaborative. After identifying areas of opportunity for community-centered growth, we operate as fractional executive partners and an “always on” resource— typically over the course of 3 to 12 months—bringing a hybrid team approach to community growth, storytelling, influence strategy, and coalition-building. We work with founders and funders, creatives and institutions, athletes and activists alike.

We work as a monthly subscription service, with a few select performance and milestone-based projects as well, to ensure full alignment with your mission and goals.
