Turn Discarded Oil into revenues for energy assistance! HEAT Oregon's national model Oil Reclamation Project captures remainder home heating oil, used motor oil and other recyclable petroleum products and directs the net recycled worth into a Fuel-Blind fund for families who have varied heating sources such as natural or propane gas, wood or pellets, solar and are on the electric grid and eligible for energy assistance.
