We are the Organization Accelerator! We see ourselves as a new breed of the Management Consulting company because our approach to helping our clients solve their challenges is not project nor transactional based. After that, by working closely with our clients, we tend to figure out the best way to overcome the challenges by identifying the very root-cause of the pain, and attacking it in a holistic and systematic manner. And not only that. We do not stop adding value after the solution design is done and confirmed by the client. We go even further. We stick around as long as the client needs us to make sure the implementation is done correctly and becomes a part of how day-to-day operations. As a result, we tend to make long term bonds with our clients and become their trusted advisors. Our company is founded and run by Ivan Stefanovic, an open minded problem solver who dedicated his whole professional life to learning and understanding how to direct, structure, and operate organizations in various industries to achieve the utmost performance.
