OTECSA Consulting Ltd. is a technical consultancy based in central Scotland with an additional office in Cornwall. We provide engineering and technical safety expertise to clients across all process sectors. OTECSA Consulting was formed in 2018 by Owen Llanwarne after more than 10 years in chemical operations and projects, equipment manufacturing, process engineering design and process safety consulting. In 2020 we added to the team with recruitment of staff and contract personnel to build our team and capabilities further. Our expertise is focused on the three key areas: Process, Safety and Risk.
