"Otef La'esek" is a non-profit initiative founded by Hamal Ezrachi, The Jewish Agency, Klirmark Capital & IVN, to help these businesses survive and provide them with "oxygen" through four main channels: - Financial Grants- Enable small businesses to recover and continue operations - Business Mentoring voluntarily provided by senior business professionals - Assess the business's financial status, map out potential scenarios for business survival, identify opportunities, develop work plans, provide management, marketing, and digitalization support - Professional Workshops - Led by leading experts in various fields Topics include: Marketing, Social media, AI and more. - Benefits Entitlement Optimization - Evaluation of benefits given by governmental bodies, tax authorities, Ministry of Defense funds, etc. "Otef La'esek" has supported over 3,000 SMBs owners by providing financial assistance and significant business mentorship.
