OTR is a women owned and trauma informed practice established 2008 and converted to a nonprofit in 2024 providing counseling and support services for varied trauma related issues, first responders, military, humanitarians, & frontline medical workers. OTR’s First Responder Wellness Program (FRWP) provides confidential walk-in or virtual wellness checks for our local and federal first responders. We also have roles in law enforcement and fire department peer support teams.
