OTS Energy provides expert engineering research and development services, focusing on innovative new technologies in energy efficiency and grid integration. OTS Energy's mission is to accelerate the development and deployment of end-use technologies for a rapidly changing energy landscape. As the way we produce energy becomes more diverse, distributed and variable, we believe that the way we use energy should evolve, too. Buildings of the future will be able to adjust their consumption in response to the conditions of the grid, while always satisfying the needs of the owners and occupants. They will manage building loads, electrical storage, thermal storage, and on-site generation to make this possible - but innovation is still needed to meet this vision. We want to work with you to help lead the way! OTS Energy was formed in 2018 by Dr. John Bush, as a partnership with Optimized Thermal Systems. The team has industry-leading expertise in heat transfer, thermal systems, refrigeration and refrigerants, and the evolving needs of the energy industry.
