The Ottomin Group is a Sydney based, private investment firm established by Richard Kovacs in 1998. From its origins as a resource sector financier, the Ottomin Group has an extensive and reputable track record of providing finance to emerging and established mining companies when traditional forms of funding have been unavailable. Since then, the Group has expanded its funding activities into private equity and debt capital markets, playing an active role in providing deal structuring, management oversight and strategic direction to its counterparties. Today, the Ottomin Group actively manages a global multi-asset class portfolio of investments, comprising fixed income, foreign exchange, property, infrastructure, private credit, private equity, global equities, venture capital and natural resources. This is achieved through specialist managers and direct investments. Complementing the Group’s investment activities is the Ottomin Foundation’s charitable pursuits. The Foundation aims to build long-term relationships with each of its charitable partners and develop active engagement in the community. The Foundation is committed to several areas, covering youth, women at-risk and conservation endeavours.
