The Ottomin Group is a Sydney based, private investment firm established by Richard Kovacs in 1998.
From its origins as a resource sector financier, the Ottomin Group has an extensive and reputable track record of providing finance to emerging and established mining companies when traditional forms of funding have been unavailable. Since then, the Group has expanded its funding activities into private equity and debt capital markets, playing an active role in providing deal structuring, management oversight and strategic direction to its counterparties.
