Hadley Green Investment Group (HGIG) was founded in 2001 with a focus on delivering sustainable earnings and capital growth for our investors. We have since established ourselves as a leading independent provider of quality property investment funds and financial services to a network of wholesale clients. HGIG has cultivated an institutional level of expertise in the analysis of, investment in, and management of Australian commercial property. Our approach, initiated by diligent fundamental research, careful pricing, and risk assessment, executed with educated timing, followed by focused active asset management and attention to detail, has proven to be a generator of strong, risk-adjusted returns. The success of our disciplined approach is evidenced by the fact that none of our funds have experienced a property investment capital loss. The HGIG group companies, which includes AFS licensed Hadley Green Securities (AFSL 286507), is managed by a highly experienced executive team led by founder and industry stalwart Hugh Zochling. HGIG has to date established 11 property investment funds, targeting office and retail assets with a combined value of approximately $200 million.
