OWIN6G

In the Optical and WIreless sensors Networks for 6G scenarios (OWIN6G) project, important industry and academic stakeholders are brought together with the goal of developing a structured European training programme (TP) in optical technologies to facilitate disruptive wireless sensor applications within sixth-generation (6G) wireless networks. Increasing availability of fifth generation (5G) networks is driving the growth of Internet-of-things (IoT) applications, which connect people and objects to the global internet to sense, collect and exchange data, improving interactions between physical devices in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, connected homes, transportation, medical and agriculture
