Oxolife is a biotechnology company dedicated to enhancing female fertility, with a focus on embryo implantation in women undergoing assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
We are developing OXO-001, a first-in-class, non-hormonal oral treatment that directly targets the endometrium, enhancing embryo implantation and increasing Live Birth Rates (LBR).
This innovative approach addresses an unmet medical need, as no drug currently exists to specifically increase embryo implantation rates, accounting for 65% Embryo Transfer failures.
OXO-001 stands out due to its unique mechanism of action, offering a groundbreaking solution in the fertility space. Following the completion of our Phase II clinical trial, the results have been highly promising, demonstrating a strong balance of efficacy and safety, increasing LBR by 6.9%. These findings position Oxolife to move confidently toward the final stages of clinical development to bring this essential treatment to market, backed by a portfolio of global patents.
In addition to our work with OXO-001, we are conducting research aimed at restoring fertility in women affected by polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), a common cause of infertility.
