We offer project appraisals free of charge to allow both ourselves and any potential client to understand a proposals key requirements, constraints and feasibility prior to commitment as a team. Once instructed we work closely with clients to understand the future occupants who will be living in the residential development. We then stay as the clients close consultant throughout the design journey, guiding them through each stage of feasibility, concept design, planning applications, technical design, building regulation applications, contractor tenders, construction and finally completion.
