Biodynamic Crops Biodynamic agriculture is an agricultural practice whose foundation is to consider a crop, farm or land as a single complex organism that works together. Around this philosophy we have generated and adapted practices that cover all aspects of agriculture: ecological, economic and social. Practices such as manure management, composting, use of biodynamic preparations, measures to organize the landscape and rotations. Our fundamental mission has been to generate a global chocolate movement that includes producing countries. Claiming our position by turning the country into a producer of international quality chocolate has been our greatest achievement. We want to be not only the best chocolate in the world but the best chocolate for the world. Our movement encompasses: Sustainability of processes Equality and justice with our small-scale farmers. Respect for the ancestral tradition of Ecuadorian cocoa. The practices and projects that we constantly generate seek to protect this historic culture while we give back to the earth what it gives us. Our Treasure “Arriba” Fino de Aroma organic cocoa has one of the highest values on the market. Much of this is due to the fact that it is the result of peasant family farming. More than 150,337 families depend economically on cocoa production. Guaranteeing stable and fair prices for the national cocoa supply was one of PACARI's first sustainable practices, recognizing historical quality and promoting family farming passed down from generation to generation. Our Vision allows us to grow. We have adapted practices to each part of our company, permeating production and processing processes, our corporate culture and alliances. With sustainable culture Our cocoa practices allow us to work with producers nationwide, promoting their community life and their ancestral legacy.
