Pace Capital Advisors provides Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Services to owners of privately held, lower middle market businesses with revenues of $5 million to $50 million. Located primarily in the Southeast, our clients are typically entrepreneurs or family business owners. We focus on guiding business owners through the unfamiliar processes and subject matter involved in preparing for and executing M&A transactions.
The Pace team members have broad and deep executive and deal-making experience. We have served as senior executives for Fortune 50 companies, money center banks, private equity firms, and privately owned businesses; served as board members for multiple privately held companies; completed more than 150 transactions in diverse industries, including business services, consumer products, information technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, and wholesale distribution: and, conducted negotiations for M&A transactions from every side of the deal: buyer, seller, lender, shareholder, and agent/advisor.
We understand all aspects of M&A transactions. We know what it takes to make a deal work strategically, financially and psychologically; how to prepare owners and their businesses for the transaction; and how to close the deal.

Buy-Side Advisory - we provide supplemental expertise and professional staff that lower middle market firms often need when contemplating/undertaking acquisitions.
Exit Planning Advisory - we assist business owners considering an exit in clarifying their exit objectives, exploring relevant exit options, and settling on a course of action that will maximize their exit results.
