Founded in 1987, Pacific Foundation Services, LLC (PFS) works with private foundations to plan, execute, and oversee their philanthropic giving. PFS provides customized services and expert teams of program, accounting, and administrative professionals to meet each foundation’s immediate needs and help them achieve their long-term goals.
For new foundations, we help leaders find their philanthropic voice and provide the guidance and expertise they need to give effectively. For established foundations, we deliver just the right mix of staff and services to help leaders make strategic shifts, navigate transitions, and build on a legacy.
With a growing staff of 30+ and offices in San Francisco, Silicon Valley and the North Bay, we value competence and camaraderie, and work together to make the most of our collective experience.
