PSE was founded by highly trained CEMS specialist Ryan James in 2015. He utilized his 20 years of industry knowledge to create a new kind of turnkey company that helps any facility successfully navigate CEMS compliance. PSE provides not only services, but also CEMS units, and as an impartial provider, we hand select the best technology to meet the needs of your specific application and comply with your air permit.
Our clients span industries in power generation, glass, cement, waste to energy, landfills, maritime and other industries. We can serve any client with an air permit and can supply CEMS, CPMS, COMS or other monitoring requirements regardless of the industry.

We offer CEMS consulting, engineering and design, integration, installation, startup and certification support, maintenance and compliance programs, and training. Our diverse team has experience in all facets of CEMS operation, including managing, troubleshooting and repairing instrumentation, system engineering, working with facility personnel, regulatory bodies and plant management.
