Pacific Ground Works Inc. was founded in 2002 by Brien Smith. The company spent the first several years doing residential excavation work in the Hillsboro-Beaverton, Oregon area. Over time, the need for more equipment and personnel grew and so did the company. This allowed Pacific Ground Works Inc. to enter larger subdivisions and eventually larger private improvement projects throughout the Portland Metro Area. Pacific Ground Works Inc. is an industry leader in residential excavation projects of all scopes and sizes.
