PacPro Pty Ltd. Is an Australian owned and operated company specialising in the design, development and manufacture of end of line packaging equipment, ranging from semi and fully automatic carton erecting and packing machines to automatic palletisers. Due to its in-house design and manufacture all PacPro equipment is capable of integration either by standard conveyor systems and elevators, or by purpose designed equipment to form a combined production facility. The aim is to provide the best possible production solution consistent with installed cost, labour saving, factory space considerations, required throughput, and compliance with all Australian standards, for Australian conditions. Obviously operator safety is of prime importance, and all PacPro equipment is fitted with self-locking safety doors and or light curtains and fitted with safety switches interlocked to an appropriate safety control system. The integrated control system also monitors the total machine operation and shuts down and provides the necessary alerts in the case of an operational problem. All equipment is fitted with a touch screen control panel for operator control, product selection and error notification. Stainless steel construction is standard throughout and fasteners are generally self-locking stainless steel for long life and ease of maintenance. Ease of operation and operator safety are of foremost importance to ensure that the equipment complies with all Australian workplace health and safety standards.
