Over 18 years successful experience in the restaurant - foodservice community and multiple years involved with large-scale restaurant concepts. My goal is to network, collaborate, and engage peers, coworkers, associates, and friends to support the restaurant community. I enjoy working with both corporate and independent restaurants who value analytics and dynamic solutions, because creativity and entrepreneurial spirit are valuable in every project we take on. My primary function is to help restaurant owners achieve maximum value from their real estate decisions, market projections, and overall 'universe' of business opportunities. Currently, I work with multiple restaurant concepts in the U.S., Latin America, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Middle East region. My primary goal is working to maximum their return on invested time and capital. I also offer a unique coaching program for their staff that helps to convert everyone into "brand ambassadors" including customers.
