Pair Education represents the cumulative experience of many years within the education, design and marketing industries in a wide variety of roles and encompassing many contexts. Our expertise comes instead from a thorough understanding of the particular nuances of education, which can only come through having worked for many years in schools. Our team has insight formed through full time work for Independent Senior and Preparatory schools. We have extensive experience of a wide range of fully co-educational and partly co-educational schools, as well as single sex (both boys and girls), full boarding, flexible boarding and day schools. Pair experts have held senior positions (Headmaster, Director of Admissions and Marketing, Second Master) within highly selective and recruiting schools, from very small to extensive families of schools.
