Palm Republic Rum

The idea for Palm Republic began almost 20 years ago when Eric Winter visited Puerto Rico for the first time. It was that meeting, and those first sips of aged rum, that inspired what has become a lifelong passion for the amazing spirit that is rum. Each Caribbean and Central America is full of local flavor and character, but back home in the USA, it can be hard to recreate that magic. Using only ingredients of the highest quality, Palm Republic combines the best of what the Caribbean and Latin America have to offer to create something greater than the sum of its parts. We’re taking things to a new level and redefining what it means to be a premium rum. This is rum as it was meant to be.
