We are PALSE, an innovative food start up aspiring to transform pulses into irresistible snacks!
Pulses are at the heart of Mediterranean diet. Rich in plant based protein but low in fat and calories. This is a rare combination to have, especially when it's combined with our delicious taste and extra crunchy texture!
We were born in 2022 from Vassilis & Argyris. Two agronomists with long & established careers at multinational companies in Greece and abroad. Their passion however to make a positive impact to their local community and improve people's diets, made them quit their jobs and dare to innovate.
