a. Flyers with Flight Pals, who assist with luggage, paperwork for immigration and customs, security, physical or visual impairments, small children, language barriers, and other light tasks.
b. Riders with Ride Pals, who assist with shopping, getting vaccine shots, filling prescriptions, fitness, mindfulness, and other light tasks.
