MegaFund is the social funding mission organisation of the IIT Alumni Council. It is a Rs 21,000 crore AUM consortium of funds anchored by the PanIIT Fund, a Category 1 AIF registered with and regulated by SEBI under the AIF Regulations 2012. The Fund does not charge any management fees or carry from the investors. Initial intervention areas of the Fund are health, climate change and inclusion, including financial and gender inclusion.
