We have been crafting shellfish programs for seafood distributors, raw bars, restaurant groups, and grocery chains across North America since 2001. We specialize in cold-water oysters and carry over a hundred different varieties throughout the year.
Besides distributing shellfish, we also produce our own oysters on the Standish Shore Oyster Farm in Duxbury, MA and the Blish Point Oyster Farm in Barnstable, MA.
