Jody started smoking pistachios and almonds in his back yard for commercial distribution 7 years ago. He developed a few key flavor profiles and his smoking process using apple wood on the Greig Farm in Red Hook, NY.
Today Papa's line of 6 flavors of gourmet smoked pistachios, almonds, and 4 flavors of beef jerky are available in more than 250 stores throughout the Hudson Valley and across the country.
