Paramount Minerals-SA is a mining Company which aims to treat mercury mining residues using modern technology that is environmentally and humanly friendly, while following high safety standards. Paramount Minerals conducts its activities in the Tiris Zemmour region (North Region of Mauritania) and in 2021, it became the first national company to obtain a license to treat traditional mining waste. With over 75 local employes, we strive at Paramount Minerals-SA to provide effective and innovative solutions to environmental problems in the region, and we harness all our human and material resources to serve the country. Today, we have reached a good position that allows us to continue implementing our development policy, which includes developing the mining sector in Mauritania, and pumping more strategic investments in this field, to achieve the aspirations of our government as well as our society.
