parkrun Ireland part of a global charity with a mission to make the world healthier and happier. More than 7 million people have registered to take part in free, weekly 2k & 5k community events every Saturday & Sunday morning all over the world. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate - it's up to you! Now in over 20 countries all around the world, each community event is delivered by a team of local volunteers. parkrun is all about inclusiveness and wellbeing. We want as many people as possible to feel part of a real local community brought together by our events. Together, we can make the world a healthier and happier place.
