Parkview Services creates quality affordable housing for extremely low-income people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDDs). We also own and operate the first supported-living group home for people with IDDs, started in 1967 on Capitol Hill. Parkview runs a very successful summer camp for people with IDDs in August of every year.
Parkview Services is also a trusted no-cost housing counseling resource for both struggling homeowners and new home buyers. Our mortgage default housing counselors are HUD certified professionals that help homeowners struggling with a financial hardship to navigate options and get back on track to financial stability. Our Pre-Purchase program provides first-time home buyer education, HUD approved housing counseling and up to $90,000 in down payment assistance for qualified low-to-moderate income home buyers with a disability and the family members that live with them.
