Parque Caracol is a treasure of Serra Gaúcha, a place for leisure, tourism, and entertainment, with 25.10 hectares in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, in the city of Canela.
In addition to contemplating its main attraction, the Caracol Cascade, a 131m height waterfall, the park also offers hiking trails and ecological trails, a train ride through the Sonho Vivo Station, visits to the Panoramic Observatory – a 27 m high observation deck, with a 360º view of the park –, in addition to the Historic and Environmental Center, there’s a playground, grills, sports courts, shops, and restaurant.
The Park was officially founded in 1973, and since December 2022, it has been under a concession of the Novo Caracol e Tainhas Consortium, and managed by Iter Administradora, which is part of the Iter Group, the most complete and innovative Brazilian entertainment, media, and tourism platform.
