By facilitating strategic planning and support in the early stages of innovation, the programme aims to contribute to systemic change for sustainable water management and infrastructure. Partners for Water is executed by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) on behalf of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy and the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality.
