Partners for Care was founded in 2007 by Connie Cheren, a social worker and nurse whose heart was broken by the conditions affecting children she observed during her first trip to Kenya in June 2007.
Partners for Care is a non-profit organization with operations and staff in Kenya, working to achieve the goal of eliminating preventable diseases – including malaria, HIV/AIDS, waterborne illnesses and malnutrition - and to educate children and adults across Kenya. All programs are designed to help the people we serve through innovative, sustainable, Kenyan-led solutions to the problems we face.
