Partnerships with Purpose

Partnerships with Purpose was created to educate businesses about the benefits of hiring the formerly incarcerated and how to do it successfully. To achieve this, we design tailored pilot programs and offer various levels of coaching for businesses to focus not only on WHY hiring the formerly incarcerated is important but also HOW TO DO IT WELL. Most businesses have internal employment barriers they don't even realize are in place. When formerly incarcerated persons attempt to (re)enter the workforce, being open to hiring them isn't enough. Partnerships with Purpose creates strategies for businesses to implement and establish a successful work culture that is diverse, non-discriminatory, equitable, and inclusive for formerly incarcerated individuals that positively impacts not only them but their families as well.
