To achieve this, we design tailored pilot programs and offer various levels of coaching for businesses to focus not only on WHY hiring the formerly incarcerated is important but also HOW TO DO IT WELL.
Most businesses have internal employment barriers they don't even realize are in place. When formerly incarcerated persons attempt to (re)enter the workforce, being open to hiring them isn't enough.
