Pasarfish

Pasarfish is a platform that focuses on outreach and research centered around the fish sold in Singapore’s wet markets and supermarkets. Its F(l)ounders Elliott and Kenny bring their passion for environmental conservation and Singapore's seafood heritage together to promote the concept of sustainability and traceability in seafood supply chains, ensuring a future for our marine ecosystems. At the same time, Pasarfish aims to re-connect Singaporeans to our seafood heritage and wet markets through a shared love for seafood. The Pasarfish team conducts various activities from citizen science surveys to tours which engage audiences to create an affinity with our seafood heritage and the ecosystems which the various species that we eat depend on.
