Pasta Di Porto is a small family run business owned by Domenica & Peter. We are located in beautiful seaside Port Stephens NSW (Anna Bay)having relocated from Sydney in 2010.
Pasta Di Porto is strongly focused on Domenica’s Southern Italian Heritage. which values the principles of “Cucina Povera”translating to”poor kitchen”
This is the knowledge & technique that it only takes few simple fresh & seasonal ingredients to create delicious food.
Domenica’s vision is to create beautiful memories through food & to see the traditions she grew up with carried on through the generations....to live on through her cooking & Peter’s pasta making.
Our product list includes a vast variety of Gourmet Filled Ravioli, Traditional Sauces, Lasagnes, Fresh Pasta, Cannelloni, Meatballs,etc.
We have been entering The Sydney Royal Fine Food Show from 2010 to present which is the only competition of its kind Australia wide.
To date we are the most awarded Pasta company in Australia with our medals made up of several overall Championships, Gold, Silver & Bronze.
These awards are a testimony to our passion & dedication for what we do and we feel honoured to be given the opportunity to showcase our products in this competition.
We supply stores in the Hunter Region,Newcastle,Gold Coast & Brisbane with our Gourmet Ravioli Range
Many local restaurants also feature our products on their menu.
Pasta Di Porto are proudly small batch makers & not mass producers, never compromising on the freshness or quality of all our produce/ingredients.
We are a humble little family business who produce artisan products of the highest quality & standard possible. Enquiries from stores who have a genuine interest in stocking our products in NSW and as far as Brisbane or chefs who may like to discuss menu options are welcome.
