Our objective is to partner with business, adding pasta manufacturing capabilities resulting in a decrease in costs whilst exploring bespoke pasta creations for your customers to enjoy. Pasta Gallery is a boutique manufacturer of fresh pasta and frozen ravioli and gnocchi. We take pride in using only whole foods, additive-free semolina, free-range meats, and locally sourced Australian produce to create our delicious products. The range of products we can assist you with include:- 1. Fresh Pasta, cut to your specifications so your sauce and style of pasta together enhance the experience you envisage for your customer. 2. Ravioli with a filling which contains no fillers nor enhancers, just awesome ingredients cooked to perfection making the ravioli the champion of the pasta dish. Just enhance with a beurre blanc, puree spread or pesto. 3. Hand made gnocchi and gnudi, both light and fluffy. We have a standard range of products however we are happy to create bespoke pasta and ravioli flavours for our customers.
